Random pictures

This is an image I took on my drive home this summer. I was driving back to CA from FL. This was taken in New Mexico, around 6am. I really enjoy driving cross-country. Quite relaxing, in an exhausting sort of way. Something about moving through space and time in a protective environment. There's something ethreal about watching a day begin while on the road.

Some friends of ours dropped their puppy off with us this summer. Her name is Indy, and she obviously loves Tyko, aka "The (not as smart as a) Professor." Oh, the cuteness!

Tyko's got a job to do now, with the new one. He considers himself the "First Responder," as he's usually the first to come running when the boy starts crying. Of course, it could be because he desperately wants to be under-foot.
